Georgian Bay Zone Members,

The Central Zone Show Season is now underway and we have our AGM scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 4 p.m. The AGM will have a hybrid format. It can be attended in person at Building 6 of the Essa Agriplex (7505 10th Line, Barrie, ON, L0L 2N0) or online via Zoom (login details below). We look forward to having as many members present as possible!

RULES REMINDER

Please remember that you must have a 2026 THJA membership for Georgian Bay region in order to be eligible to vote at this meeting. Your membership must be purchased prior to the meeting.

If you are unable to attend the AGM, please be aware of section 3.13 of the current THJA GBZ by-law Proxy Voting – Every Member entitled to vote at a meeting of Members may, by means of a proxy, appoint a proxy holder, to attend and vote on behalf of the Member. The proxy holder need not be a Member.

A proxy must:

a) Be signed by the Member;

b) Be in a form that complies with the Act;

c) Comply with the format stipulated by the Association; and

d) Be submitted in writing to the Secretary of the Association at least two (2) business days prior to the meeting of the Members.
